Crimsonpallets.com. collects customer information for a variety of reasons, including as part of our ongoing efforts to provide superior customer service, to improve our customers’ shopping experience, and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions, including those that we believe may be of particular interest to you based on information we have collected. We collect personal information such as your name, financial information, telephone number, e-mail and postal address (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us when you save your information. We use this information to process any transaction, inquiry or promotion that you initiate with us. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, purchases and whatever else might enable us or our business partners to enhance and personalize your shopping experience on this or other websites and to provide you with offers, promotions or information that we believe may be of interest to you. We also monitor use of the Website and traffic patterns to improve the Website design and the products and services we offer as well as to determine what offers, promotions or information to send to you.
Our Email List
We offer those who sign up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, or other parties. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, contact us. We will remove your name from our email list reasonably soon. Please recognize that you may receive another email before we are able to remove you.
If, for any reason, you can cannot attend a scheduled party, your hostess or another friend will create your pallet at the party for you. We will need your color choices for the pallet. We do not offer a do it yourself kit and all pallets must be created at the party. If for any reason your hostess reschedules your party, the pallets purchased will be ready for you at the rescheduled party or another party you may attend. If the hostess cancels the party and does not reschedule, your pallets will be available for you at the next party you attend, an open event, or let your consultant know what colors you would like and she will create your pallet. Lastly, your consultant will create your pallet according to the website picture and make delivery arragements.
For a Fundraiser
You need a space that can hold the event that is climate controlled or outdoors. We will be working with paint, so we want to avoid extreme heat or cold and direct sunlight with no shade. We request that fundraiser events have a minimum of 10 in attendance. Your donation will be determined by your consultant. The fundraiser pallets start at $50 and the pallets are 12”x12” in size. There are no cancellations 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Templates are made as orders are placed and non-refundable. If for any reason Mother Nature interrupts our event plans, the event will be rescheduled. You will need enough tables for your event. Guests may not bring their own paint, templates, wood, or embellishments. We will bring all of the supplies to make your beautiful pallet. Please keep in mind we are working with wood, which is a natural product. Each of our pallets is unique and some may have cracks, chips, knots, holes, or other natural blemishes. All pallets must be created at the event, they cannot be created at a later date.
For a Team Building Event
You need a space that can hold the event that is climate controlled or outdoors (not humid). We will be working with paint, so we want to avoid extreme heat or cold and direct sunlight with no shade. We require a minimum of 7 guests. The more the merrier, the maximum number of guests will be determined by the space you have available. It’s great if you have tables for us to work on. We will bring all the supplies needed to make your pallets beautiful. Guests may not bring their own paint, stencils, wood, or embellishments to use at the party. Chairs are not necessary for the guests to paint their pallets. When choosing your designs please think about who you are inviting. Choose designs that everyone will like and have interest in. Once you have chosen your designs they cannot be changed as the designs are made as each order is placed and non-refundable. If for any reason Mother Nature interrupts our party plans, the party will be rescheduled. Please keep in mind we are working with wood, which is a natural product. Each of our pallets is unique and some may have cracks, chips, knots, holes, or other natural blemishes. All pallets must be created at the event, they cannot be created at a later date.
For a Home Party

The more the merrier, the maximum number of guests will be determined by the space you have available. It’s great if you have tables for us to work on. We will bring all the supplies needed to make your pallets/doormats beautiful. Guests may not bring their own paint, stencils, wood, doormats, or embellishments to use at the party. Chairs are not necessary for the guests to paint their pallets/doormats. When choosing your designs please think about who you are inviting. Choose designs that everyone will like and have interest in. The designs are made as each order is placed and non-refundable. Each month Crimson Pallets will have a featured product, which will be a 4th option to your guests. Please keep in mind we are working with wood, which is a natural product. Each of our pallets is unique and some may have cracks, chips, knots, holes, or other natural blemishes. We have had requests for designs not chosen by a hostess. There is a $25 design fee for that on top of the $50 pallet. Your guests can purchase a Select A Pallet for $75 on your party link.

How do I invite people to my Crimson Pallets Party?
YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW, TO AVOID CONFUSION……
1. You’ll set up a private Facebook event and add your Crimson Pallets Consultant as a guest to the party. You can allow your friends to invite their friends.
2. Please title your event “Your Name Crimson Pallets Party” and include the basic party information such as date, time, and address.
3. Visit our website at , not our facebook VIP page, each design has a name and id number associated with it. Please send your Crimson Pallets Consultant the 3 id numbers of your design choices. Please note you can mix and match pallets and doormats, for example you can choose 3 doormats or 3 pallets or any combination of pallets and doormats for your party. Please make sure these are the designs you would like, once you have given the choices to your Consultant they cannot be changed. We will create the online link for your guests.
4. Your Crimson Pallets Consultant will provide you with the link and will also post the link in your Facebook event.
5. THEN Invite your friends and family by adding them to the event.
How do I claim my free design for hosting? Once 6 guests have purchased their designs your Crimson Pallets Consultant will give you a coupon code to purchase your design on the link, it is a $50 credit, use or lose. All guests and hosting purchases must be complete before the link closes. Links close one week prior to the party at 11:59pm. Once the link closes it cannot be reopened. Be sure have your guests purchase a few days prior to the link closing so you have time to purchase your hostess design with the coupon code. We are excited to see what you choose!!
How do I know who is attending my Crimson Pallets Party? Purchasing a pallet/doormat acts as a RSVP for the party. Once someone has purchased, they will appear in the “Who’s Attending” section on your party link. We do make everything custom for the parties as the orders come in, so advance purchase is necessary and non-refundable. Guests will need to purchase their pallets/doormats 7 days prior to the party. If for any reason Mother Nature interrupts our party plans, the party will be rescheduled.
What do I do if a friend has purchased and cannot attend the party? No problem! You or another friend can create the pallet/doormat at the party for your friend who cannot attend. You will just need their color choices. We do not offer a do it yourself kit and all pallets/doormats must be created at the party, they cannot be created at a later date. Unfortunately, your Crimson Pallets Consultant cannot paint your friend’s pallet/doormat, she will be busy running your party and assisting you and your guests.
What should I serve my guests at my Crimson Pallets Party? YYou are welcome to serve your guests anything you would like at your party. The day of your event……. Your Crimson Pallets Consultant will plan to arrive just before your party starts. Set up only takes a few minutes. Painting will start approximately 15 minutes after the party starts, so if we have a 7pm party we will be painting at 7:15pm. The parties typically take between 2.5 and 3 hours. It will take us just a few minutes to clean up and pack up.
Boat Cruise Waiver
I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH BOATING, including, but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, harm caused by other vessels, acts of fellow participants, entering and exiting the water, boarding or disembarking boats, and activities on the docks. I fully assume responsibility for my own safety (including, without limitation, following all directions of the boat’s captain and crew) while participating in the Boat Ride, and verify that I am physically able to participate. Having read this wavier, I agree to RELEASE from LIABILITY and HOLD HARMLESS Crimson Pallets, along with its respective officers, directors, employees, owners, members, managers, affiliates, agents, representatives, attorneys, heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, all individuals associated with the Boat Ride, and all individuals and entities having an interest in the boat being used for the Boat Ride, from any and all liability, claims, demands, equitable relief, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action of any kind or character, of any type or nature whatsoever (including negligence), arising out of the Boat Ride.

Products and Services
Our products and services are non-refundable as they are created and prepared as orders are placed. Designs, fonts, and dimensions may also vary slightly from the pictures and descriptions shown.
I understand that attending a Crimson Pallets event or through a pruchse there may be some risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. I accept the risk and do not hold Crimson Pallets liable.

As we are excited to party again, it is VERY important we do it safety and responsibly, while following health guidelines during this unprecedented time. Our consultants and guests are and always have been, our first priority. With that said, we have developed a Health Policy to keep everyone safe. Our health policy is as follows:
- Masks MUST be worn during all parties/events at ALL times.
- Keep physical distance of 6 feet or more.
- Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces often.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, stay home:
- Fever. A temperature 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
- Muscle pain or body aches.
- Headache or confusion.
- Difficulty staying awake or waking up.
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
- Congestion or runny nose.
- Sore throat.
- New loss of taste or smell.
- Nausea or vomiting.
